Policy:   The needs of students enrolled at the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired are ever changing.  To ensure these needs are adequately met and to further ensure students have maximum opportunities to grow, learn and mature in a healthy, safe and positive environment, staff members may be assigned or reassigned to new or different locations or shifts within their working classifications with two weeks notice providing an emergency situation does not preclude a more timely transfer.  There will be no permanent assignments.
